Admissions

Allied Counseling provides services to adults age 18 and older.  Allied Counseling cannot accept enrollments from anyone except from the client seeking services.

There is no psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner available for psychiatric assessments and medication management. We do not provide evaluations for individuals seeking disability, FMLA and medical leave.

To enroll as a new client, please email your inquiry to kristin@alliedcounselinggroup.com to receive enrollment forms and instructions for getting scheduled.

All new client inquiries need to include the days and times when you are available for committing to sessions. Counseling services are available Monday through Thursday, noon to 7pm.

If you are planning to use your insurance benefit, please include copies of both sides of your insurance card.  An insurance demographics form will then be sent to you to complete and return in order for us to obtain your benefits and any authorization required.  We are obligated to provide you all out-of-pocket expenses not covered by your deductible and/or copay/co-insurance.

We do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare and Kaiser-Permanente insurance.

Note: Coverage and benefits are not a guarantee of payment.  Any denied claims can be resubmitted, but if denied a second time, clients are responsible for any unpaid claims.  A secure credit card form is required for all clients for purposes of payment of session fees.

If you are referred by your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through your employer: please email the name of the EAP network providing your benefit, plus your case number or authorization number which is required prior to scheduling your first session.  You will be sent enrollment forms to complete in order to be scheduled.
